First off I am so relieved in this moment. The older I get I have a harder and harder time flying. My anxiety has gotten so bad to point I will drive instead of fly. I found myself today having no choice but to fly (by myself), which Caused me to panic even before getting on the plane. Found these gems at a gift shop and ate the whole box. I bought a little box of these at Whole Foods because I suffer from anxiety to the extent I take a prescription med for it. These have been such a help for me. I have really intense anxiety and become overwhelmed and panicked very easily. I have even gone to the ER and been given Xanax, which didn't help my anxiety that much, just put me to sleep. Many people suggest rhodiola or ashwaganda but they make me dizzy and give me palpitations. I love yoga, but even that does not calm me down the way the Calm chocolates do. I can stay awake but I feel like life is manageable. It helps me to just focus on one thing at a time and not get so overwhelmed by all of the things that I feel must be done right now. I know everybody is different, but if other methods of managing anxiety are not working out, I highly recommend these.

I didnt know what to expect from Good Day Chocolate! I was thinking Chocolate that can help calm me down? I need to try this out! I was very surprised that it tasted just like regular chocolate but it also helped me feel more calm. I sometimes get anxiety and this helped me feel so much better when holiday shopping.
