Melatonin is a natural hormone sometimes recommended by pediatricians. Our pieces contain 1mg per piece so we recommend only one (1) piece as a serving for children. We encourage all our parents and customers to consult with a physician about long-term use of melatonin with kids.

We have Sleep formulations for Adults in both dairy and dairy free options! Sleep 1mg comes in both dark and milk chocolate, while our Kids Sleep and Adult 3mg and 5mg are only available in milk chocolate. All of our products are made with Fair-Trade chocolate.

This means the effect of the 1mg of melatonin per piece far outweighs the small amount of caffeine in the milk chocolate, hence its ability to pleasantly, safely, and effectively take you to dreamland.

Again, this is a decision that should be made by you and your pediatrician on your child’s behalf. We created our dietary supplement products for adults, so we don’t market them to children. For reference, each milk chocolate SLEEP piece includes 1mg of melatonin.
