Shipping

Orders are shipped in accordance with our shipping windows. Transit time is not guaranteed, especially during peak season.

In stock orders ship Monday – Wednesday during warmer months (April – October) and ship Monday – Thursday during cooler months (Nov – March), excluding holidays, to ensure you receive the best quality chocolates to your door. Orders processed after the weekly shipping window will be processed the following Monday.

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has shipped.

We apologize, but currently we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International addresses.

 

Return / Refund Policy

Your joy and relief are our priority! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please reach out to us at customerservice@gooddaychocolate.com, and we'd be happy to help!

If you need to return products, our Returns Department will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before shipping your product. For faster service, please include the following information when emailing: name, invoice or order number, product type, and nature of the problem. You are responsible for shipping charges on returned items. We recommend that you insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
